Since 2010, our District Cooling Plant has served the multitude of clients and landmarks within this development, including Knowledge Oasis Muscat Buildings 1&2, KOM4, the facility building, Central Bank of Oman, Masakin Al-Raha, the Kempinski Staff Accommodation, Middle East College, Oman Data Park, the Oil Institute, Takatuf Petrofac Oman Institute, the Amazon Institute, and many more.

Oman’s leading shopping destination, the Mall of Muscat in Mabellah is the one-stop-shop for all consumer needs. The development provides an unmatched luxury experience and hosts world renowned brands and outlets including the first ever Debenhams store in Oman, and other flagship stores.

Tabreed Oman has been proudly serving the Mall of Muscat with award winning cooling services since 2018.

Tabreed Oman’s centralised cooling plant has been providing cooling services to the mall since it first opened its doors in 2015.

The Landmark Building is a premium seven story commercial and residential building located in the Bousher area.

Tabreed Oman has been proudly cooling this property since 2017.

The Hilton garden Inn is situated at the heart of the Al Khuwair District, and sits amid one of the area’s oldest neighbourhoods adjacent to recreational parks and other significant cultural sites.

The Hilton Garden Inn has been cooled by Tabreed Oman since 2018.

Al Bandar is an exciting mixed-use development in Muscat, which will include hospitals, international schools, residential and hospitality buildings, and more.
