Eng. Abdullah Al-Hinai

Chief Executive Officer

Eng. Abdullah Al Hinai has a Master’s degree (MSc) in Engineering Project Management from Bournemouth University (UK), and over 24 years of experience in different fields such as: Oil & Gas,  Telecommunications, and Civil Projects.

Eng. Abdullah Al-Hinai has served Tabreed Oman well as Projects and Planning Director for more than a decade and has been very instrumental in its growth. Prior to his assignment with Tabreed Oman, Eng. Abdullah did work in the Oil and Gas Industry”.

Eng. Musabah Al Siyabi

Chief Operating Officer

Musabah has more than 20 years of experience in projects, operation, and maintenance departments. He has extensive experience in both internal and external building services engineering and facilities management.

He spent 13 years in the District Cooling business as he was one of the pioneers in Tabreed Oman & headed different departments in the company before he handles his current position.

In his previous career Engineering services, he was involved in many Iconic Projects such as Al Masnah Air Base, Salalah Hospital, … etc.

Musabah holds a university degree in Power Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University

Mr. Mohammed Al Kindi

Finance Manager

Mohammed holds a degree in Accounting from Sultan Qaboos University and ACCA membership. He has more than 15 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management and operational accounting.

He has worked in some Leading Companies Such as OQ, Omran, Ooredoo and be’ah. Prior Joining Tabreed Oman, Mohamed worked as Finance Manager in Fisheries Development Oman Group which is one of the Government’s Holding Groups under the Oman Investment Group for Developing Food Security Projects in the Fisheries Sector

Ms. Fadhilah Al-Khadhuri

Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Fadhilah has a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) with Honours in Human Resource Management from Middle East College, having more than 16 years of experience in the fields of Admin and HR.

Fadhilah has joined Tabreed Oman in October 2008 as Admin Specialist. In 2010 till the date, she has been assigned to look after the HR Department and to handle all HR-related duties and she has been very instrumental to the company’s growth. Prior to her assignment with Tabreed Oman, Fadhilah was HR Assistant at Al Nutla Trading & Construction Company.
